What to do if a friend wants to work for Go People?

Do not ask your friend to use your account to do deliveries. Your account can be suspended immediately once found. We have an affiliate program (This is only available in Sydney at this stage) where you can refer your friends to become Runners. Log onto the Runner App, and go into Account -> Invite friends for how it works.  Your friends could also be prioritised for booking training times.

What to do if you need to change delivery route?

When doing a Shift, following the delivery sequence on the App is essential. This is the only way to deliver the best customer satisfaction. Drop-off ETAs are based on the delivery sequence. If you feel that you must change the delivery sequence, you must discuss with the Sender kindly for their approvals. If you are a doing a Roaming shift, you will need to discuss with Go People support team.

What to do if Senders do not pick up their phones for your return requests?

It could happen if Senders get busy and do not pick up your calls. When that happens, please make sure to leave a comment and wait for 10 mins before marking the job as not deliverable.

What to do if you can no longer fulfill a shift?

We understand things may happen. As soon as you realise that you can no longer fulfill the assigned shifts, cancel the shift on the App with reasons. If you have already been assigned with jobs, that is when you can no longer cancel it, leave a comment on shift and write an email to support@gopeople.com.au with further explanations.
