I have a Dispute on a job

Every Runner wants to have a great record however sometimes deliveries don’t go to plan. In the case you realise you’ve got a Dispute on a job, make sure to send an email to support@gopeople.com.au with the job number and as much detail as possible regarding the delivery, so we can sort things quickly.

As soon as a Dispute is raised, $100 is frozen from your account (this is your security bond – if you don’t have a bond, then the same amount is frozen from your funds) and the job in Dispute is also frozen. Meaning, if it’s part of a group then the payment for the whole group can also be delayed.

Please note, we do our best to resolve Disputes as quickly as possible, however it can take up to 14 business days.
