Uploading Orders After A Shift’s Cut-Off Time

When you book a GoSHIFT Runner, you’ll be given a cut-off time that is at least 15 minutes before the Shift’s starting time (if you book a Shift before 9am, that cut-off time will be 5pm, the previous day).

If you upload orders after the cut-off time, those orders will be automatically relocated to another Go People service. There are three steps to this process:

  • If you have booked a Shift later that day, these orders will be allocated to this Shift.
  • If you have not booked a Shift later that day, these orders will then be allocated to our GoSAMEDAY service.
  • If the last cut-off time for the GoSAMEDAY service has passed (regular weekdays, 1pm; regular Saturdays, 11am), then the orders will be placed on the cheapest, least urgent GoNOW service.

Rest assured, either service will ensure your parcel is delivered on the same day.
