FreightSafe Warranty FAQ
If the goods in any of your deliveries become damaged or lost, you can put in a claim for their declared value.
By “declared value” this means the estimated value of the goods, and doesn’t include any margin you may make on the item. In most cases this will be the cost price.
We understand that at times it may be difficult and time consuming to calculate the value of your goods, but FreightSafe needs some proof towards the value of your product before they can process your claim (or in other words, give you back some money).
To make a claim you have to do two things:
1. Fill out this form
2. Send FreightSafe a copy of the relevant receipt(s).

Filling in the form is pretty straightforward for the most part.
This section is the most complex part of the form. It may look daunting, but attempt to fill out the information as accurately and quickly as possible. For instance, perhaps something similar to the following:

Note: FreightSafe doesn’t cover the cost of delivery. If you wish to claim the delivery fee, please email Go People, and quote the job number, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If possible, attach an invoice/receipt (such as the one you gave to your customer) and a picture of the item and your claim should be processed in no time.
