GoSAMEDAY: Available. Rates vary on Friday 9 May, and Saturday 10 May.
GoBUNDLE: Available. Deadline for booking GoBUNDLE Runners for the 9th, 10th, and 11th of May is 5pm on Thursday, 8th May 2025. Runners booked after this deadline are considered urgent hires.
GoVIP: Available.

Due to high demand, GoBUNDLE timeframes starting between 10am to 1:45pm will be restricted. Runner allocation will prioritise membership levels in the following order:
Platinum -> Gold -> Silver -> Bronze -> Non-members
GoBUNDLE Cancellation Policies
Cancellation fees apply as follows if you decide to cancel after Runners are assigned for Mother’s Day GoBUNDLEs on the 9th, 10th, and 11th of May:
– After Thursday, 8th May: 30% of the GoBUNDLE base fee.
– Within 48 hours: 60% of the GoBUNDLE base fee.
– Within 24 hours: 100% of the GoBUNDLE base fee.
EWT restrictions
EWT for each run must not exceed the upper limit of the bundle run duration. Runs exceeding this limit will be rejected when assigning.
Waiting
If items are not ready by the GoBUNDLE start time, Runners can wait up to 2 hours. If items are still not ready after 2 hours, Runners may cancel the run with full payment or choose to wait longer. Runners have the right to reject orders if the combined EWT and waiting time exceed the originally scheduled working time.
Redeliveries
Due to high job volumes, no redelivery or redelivery requests will be processed. Ensure recipients are available at drop-off locations or provide Authority to Leave (ATL) where necessary.
Returns
Due to high job volumes, returns may not be completed on the same day.
Late/Backup Runners
The Support team will contact late Runners, potentially assigning demerit points, bad reviews, and informing them of the consequences of lateness. If a Runner does not show up, Support will contact them to assess their ETA and inform the client. Decisions on sending a Backup Runner will be made as necessary, with clients eligible for full reimbursement in certain cases.
Reimbursement
If a Runner is more than 1 hour late and no Backup Runner is available, the run will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued. If a Backup Runner can arrive within a reasonable time, no refund will be provided. If a Backup Runner cannot arrive within a reasonable time, the run will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
Recommendations
- School deliveries: Book before 1pm as most schools close around 3pm.
- Businesses deliveries: Dispatch before 1pm to ensure timely delivery. If afternoon deliveries are necessary, consider obtaining a residential address.
- Redeliveries: As no redeliveries are available, ensure recipients are present at drop-off locations. Consider using ATL, but note it may be unsafe near certain locations.
- Runner Capacity: Avoid overloading Runners with EWTs greater than 3.5 hours.
