Bundle Run Cancellation Policies
Upon assigning a Runner to Mother’s Day bundle runs from Friday 9 May to Sunday 11 May, and if the Runner decides to cancel, cancellation penalties will be incurred as follows:
- After Thursday 8 May: A cancellation penalty of 30% of the bundle run base fee (minimum earning) will be applied.
- Within 48 hours: A cancellation penalty of 60% of the bundle run base fee (minimum earning) will be applied.
- Within 24 hours: A cancellation penalty of 100% of the bundle run base fee (minimum earning) will be applied.
Waiting
If the items are not ready for pickup at the run’s start time, the customer may request the Runner to wait. The maximum allowable waiting time is 2 hours. Should the items remain unready 2 hours after the bundle start time, the Runner is entitled to either cancel the run with 100% of the base payment or opt to continue waiting. Additionally, the Runner reserves the right to reject orders if the Estimated Working Time (EWT) plus waiting time exceeds the originally scheduled working time.
